Google Chrome users now have the ability to access Microsoft’s Bing AI chat and AI-powered search results on their desktop browsers.
For months, only users logged into Microsoft accounts could use the AI chat interface through the Bing app or Microsoft Edge browser.

Now, after accepting the terms of service and acknowledging the privacy statement for the AI chatbot, you can engage in a chat with Bing AI on a browser other than Edge.
Unfortunately, the Bing AI chatbot on Chrome has a character limit of 2,000, while it can handle twice the amount on the Edge browser.

Logged-in users may also have access to Bing’s AI-powered copilot, which provides additional assistance in search results on Google Chrome.
To check if you can access AI chat responses in Bing search results on Chrome, look under the menu for Labs.
According to initial reports by Windows Latest, some users can enable dark mode on Bing AI.
Desktop browser users like Safari and DuckDuckGo may still be restricted to using the Microsoft Edge browser for accessing Bing AI features, similar to mobile users relying on the Bing app. However, the initial report indicates that some Safari users also have access to Bing AI.
